Warranty Policy
At European Household, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not provide written manufacturer warranties, we stand behind the condition and quality of all products at the time of delivery.
1. Coverage
Our warranty covers products that are:
- Delivered defective
- Delivered with visible scratches
- Delivered broken or physically damaged
If a product is received in any of the above conditions, the customer must notify us immediately upon receipt so that we may assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.
2. Claim Procedure
To ensure prompt assistance, customers must provide one of the following:
- Order number
- Contact number used for the purchase
- Proof of payment (for showroom purchases)

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages caused by external factors beyond our control
For electrical and electronic products, damages resulting from power surges, voltage fluctuations, unstable electrical current, or similar electrical irregularities are not covered. Such conditions are considered external environmental factors and are not attributable to manufacturing or delivery defects.
4. Limitation of Liability
European Household's responsibility is limited to the replacement or resolution of verified delivery-related defects. The company reserves the right to inspect and assess all claims before approval.
