Refund policy

At European Household, we are committed to providing premium quality and a professional service. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and operational excellence, please note our policy:

1. Exchange Eligibility & Conditions

  • 5-Day Window: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in 100% original packaging. If the packaging is not in perfect condition, the exchange will be declined.
  • Value Rule: Exchanged items must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds or store credit for price differences if you choose a cheaper item.

2. Hygiene & Sensitive Products (Strictly Non-Exchangeable)

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Baby Feeding Products: (e.g., silicone sets, bibs, spoons, cups).
  • Animal & Pet Beds: Due to hygiene and allergen concerns.
  • Personalized Items & Final Sale: Any custom orders or clearance items.

Note: Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully. If you are unsure about a size or fit, contact us on WhatsApp for a recommendation before you buy!

3. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer cash refunds. However, a full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Out of Stock: If you have paid for an item that is no longer available.
  • Defective Products: If the item received is damaged or incorrect and a replacement is not available.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as agreed upon with our support team.

4. How to Process Your Request

  2. Approval: Once our team approves the exchange, you may ship the item back or visit our Al Hadath Showroom.
  3. Inspection: Replacements are sent only after we inspect the original item and packaging.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: We cover all shipping costs.
  • Size/Preference Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all return and redelivery shipping fees.
